The major business at the early time was to provide design services on electrical appliances and furniture requested by clients. After several years of adjustments, the business model is currently including design service, design consultation, and product development. Design requests include 3C products, vehicles and boats. Axis of Time Deign Group won the Industrial Design Excellence Award (IDEA) by IDEA in 1996. In 2005, won an iF Product Design Award, iF International Forum Design. In 2006, won two iF Product Design Awards. Elastic Bottle Mouth Cover The purpose of this innovation is to design an one-size-for-all bottle mouth cover. The material for this design is silicon rubber which is elastic, non-toxic, acid/alkali resistant, and high temperature bearing. Although seamless silicon rubber forms this bottle mouth cover, however, it can be viewed as two parts functionally: a bottle mouth cover and an o-ring. The top or side view of the bottle mouth cover is like a round hat with a crown and a circular brim. When it is viewed from the bottom, the crown is formed by thick silicon rubber on the top and thin silicon rubber on the bottom. Between the thinner part of the crown and the circular brim, which is also formed by thin silicon rubber, is a protruding ring. Finally, thick silicon rubber forms the outer part of the circular brim. When it is used, just align the bottle mouth cover on top of a bottle, and then push down the outer part of the circular brim until the protruding ring hook up to the bottle mouth. Release the circular brim and the circular brim would adhere to the bottleneck that further seal the bottle. Due to the elastic feature of silicon rubber and that the hardness of the material is proportional to its thickness, this bottle mouth cover can be used on different size of bottles. The o-ring is elastic and can be put on the bottleneck so to reduce the chance of losing the bottle mouth cover. Since there is no sharp edge or corner, this bottle mouth cover would not hurt users if it is used carelessly. Also, since the material for this design is soft and elastic, it can be washed with rubbing.
